Program: This program will discuss the latest technological advances and code adoption for video analytics and video image detection of flames and smoke.
Speaker: Rick Jeffress ARM, CET, CFPS, Director, Global Business Development – Fike Video Analytics. Mr. Jeffress has over 24 years of experience in the fire protection industry, including technical services, sales and business development. He is currently Director of Global Business Development at Fike Corporation for video analytics and marine and has held positions as International Construction Manager- Tyco Fire and Security; Business Development Manager, North America: Special Hazards, Marine and Offshore- Tyco Fire and Security; Americas Sales Manager, Fire Protection Services - Total Safety US Inc.
Mr. Jeffress is NICET certified at Level III in Fire Alarm Systems and Special Hazards Suppression Systems, holds Planner’s licenses in the State of Texas for Fire Alarm Systems and Extinguishing Systems, has a Certified Fire Protection Specialist certification from the National Fire Protection Association.
